A touch of technology of Kawasaki ER 6f

If you want a motorsport with a touch of high technology Kawasaki ER-6f is the choice.
The Kawasaki ER6f is the fully faired brother of the Kawasaki ER6n. For motorcyclists, whether new to two wheels or long-term riders, the essence of motorcycling and the freedom that riding on two wheels provides is sometimes difficult to express.
With a reputation for innovative motorcycles delivering the performance sought by enthusiasts the world over, Kawasaki took the refreshing and imaginative step of combining their engineering prowess and an awareness of contemporary design. The introduction of the stunning Kawasaki ER6f has sharpened this image further.
The Kawasaki ER6f is a machine for riders of all ages and abilities whether male or female, the core appeal being a motorcycle with cutting edge design which is just as pleasing to look at as it is to ride. For those that feel that the Kawasaki ER6n simply does not offer the weather protection that they were looking for, or that the very individual cockpit fairing is just too quirky for their taste then the Kawasaki ER6f is the perfect alternative.

For those that feel that the Kawasaki ER6n simply does not offer the weather protection that they were looking for, or that the very individual cockpit fairing is just too quirky for their taste then the Kawasaki ER6f is the perfect alternative.
For existing riders, the machine will reawaken in them the very essence of the motorcycle
riding sensation, providing a broad spread of useable engine power matched to a chassis
that is outstanding in both visual and engineering terms.
The ER6f represents a single-minded vision for the Kawasaki company, a vision born of
a passionate commitment to offering the sheer enjoyment that motorcycling represents to
the widest possible audience and at the best possible price.
In an age where transport alternatives all shout for attention, the Kawasaki ER6f evokes the elusive essence of Kawasakis commitment to fun, thrills and freedom on two wheels, crafted and distilled into one distinctive statement.
What has changed and why?
In order to reduce vibration for the rider, the Kawasaki ER6f engine has been rubber mounted. Normally, rubber mounting tends to give bikes a vague feeling but with the new more rigid frame and new swingarm this is far from the case. This new ER6F is sharper and more precise in its handling that ever before.
Although the engine of the Kawasaki ER6f is completely unchanged, the exhaust has been modified, as has the fuel injection mapping. The Kawasaki ER6f engine has proven its worthiness over the past 3 years and with major valve clearance servicing only being due every 26000 miles, the cost of ownership is kept to an absolute minimum.
The fuel delivery system still uses a highly efficient dual butterfly electronic fuel injection system. The first butterfly being controlled by you, the second by Kawasakis clever little ECU that ensures smooth fuel/air delivery, thus smooth power delivery especially thanks to the re-mapping for the 2009 ER6f model.
The Kawasaki ER6f continues to offer a sensible, comfortable riding position. The cutting edge handling capabilities of this machine defy the previous statement. Throw a leg over the new ER6f and you will want to bypass those "A" roads, get off the "B" roads and find the twisty country lanes where the true joy of this all new machine will be appreciated.
33 BHP restriction is available on request.

CB450 DX shes for sale

It was never my intention when I started this Blog but Ive put the bike for sale back on eBay.
My girlfriends passed her test and what was perfectly adequate to keep up with her while she ran around on a GS125 on L plates is now not enough as shes rapidly progressed from passing her test, to an XJ600 and now a CBR600.
If you are interested in buying, by all means take a look on eBay, search CB450 DX or click the link below.
Those of you who have been regular visitors will know shes been pretty well cared for and if nothing else, this site should act as a decent resource for finding bits and places to go for anyone looking to keep one of these undervalued machines on the road. If you look for a picture on Google of a CB450 DX, the pics on this site are in the top dozen and searches for information bring this site up regularly.
My intention had been to help internet searchers solve questions that I had when I decided to buy a CB450 DX-K five months ago.
On eBay its item number: 160329549369
or right click HERE to go to the bike for sale on eBay
Ive got my sights set on a Kikker, see below and I bought a Suzuki B-King yesterday at a good price having had the chance to ride one a couple of weeks ago.

2012 Suzuki DR Z400S Review Specs and Picture
2012 Suzuki DR-Z400S Review | Specs and Picture - Balancing the demands of the road and off-road motorcycle ride is a dual-purpose cross to bear. Some DP bike list with emphasis given to one or the other disciplines, such as the Husqvarna TE250 is nothing more than a dirtbike with the legality of the required minimum. Suzuki DR-Z400S, however, combining the world off-road and street riding with a balance that is unmatched by competing models.

DR-Z is only 400cc DP bike displacing Japan. Honda and Kawasaki skirt with offerings in the 230cc category (Honda only), 250cc and 650cc displacement, while providing a Yamaha 200cc and two 250cc models. Euro producers like Beta, Husqvarna and KTM produce comparable machines on the displacement 350cc, 310cc and 450cc, and 350cc, respectively, but like TE250, the motor is a thin disguise off-roaders.

Yamaha MT09

Introduced at EICMA 2013, Yamaha MT-09 Street Rally will meet the market in 2014 globally. Not so sure the MT-09 will be brought to Malaysian market next year, but I would say it is still in discussion process to bring the three cylinder machine.
Hong Leong Yamaha Motor (HLYM) actually did not have any advantage to bring CBU models such as YZF R1, R6 and others bigger displacement except XJ6. If they intend to capture big bike market segment, they have to make it as CKD. Positively, HLYM will bring the MT-09 to our market next year. Same goes to the 250cc full fairing R25.
Yamaha MT-09 is a whole new concept and maybe it will stirring Italian Hypermotard market soon. Looking to the MT-09 design, it tends more supermotard looks. For the performance, Yamaha claims the 850cc powerplant delivers 115 hp at 10,500 rpm and 62 lb-ft tork at 8500 rpm.
Yamaha developed a compact aluminium chassis to provide more agility and dynamic handling. This new naked motard-style bike equipped with 10-spoke light alloy wheels for 120/70ZR17 tires at the front and 180/55ZR17 at the rear.
